WEST DES MOINES, IA (November 19, 2024) – Wright Service Corp. announces John Gaspari will join the leadership team as senior vice president, information technology. This leadership addition is part of a succession plan as Chief Information Officer Loren Klein approaches his retirement effective January 10, 2025, after eight years with the company.
Klein began his career with Wright Service Corp. in 2016 as the director of information technology before being promoted to chief information officer in January 2020. During his time with the company, he has made impactful changes to the technology roadmap for the Wright Service Corp. family of companies – including the formation of a project management office, a mobile device fulfillment department, as well as many process and infrastructure enhancements.
“Working alongside so many great people and being part of the growing Wright family has been an honor and a privilege,” Klein stated. “I feel very blessed to have been able to finish out my career for a company that trusted in me, and I truly loved coming to work every day.”
John Gaspari will serve in the same role to Klein, overseeing the IT department. Gaspari has held previous leadership roles with Meredith Corporation, Dotdash Meredith and most recently, Farm Bureau Financial Services. He has a history of finding efficiencies, implementing software integration and transformations, cultivating transparent and collaborative teams, and more.
